What I Do

How are you doing these days? Have you had a chance to contemplate how you want to feel, expand, move and grow this year? If you missed last week's email and you'd like some guidance around how to think about intentions and resolutions, check out last week’s blog: Down With Resolutions.

Or maybe you've set your intentions and made your lists and are realizing you could use a little support.

Whether you've known me for years or are new to my community, you might like a reminder of what it is I actually do. So here goes.

What I do

I help people decrease stress, fear and anxiety, increase well-being and life-satisfaction and grow states of calm, connection and compassion.

How I do it

I integrate mindfulness and yoga practices, neuroscience, and psychology to help you meet the needs of YOUR unique body, mind, and brain. For some that means working on nervous system regulation and connection building or flexing their self-compassion and gratitude muscles. For others, it's simply practicing yoga or learning to meditate. Everyone is different and I acknowledge and respect those differences.

How you can work with me

I've designed 4 pathways:

1. Work with me 1:1
I offer yoga therapy and personal and professional mentoring. If you'd like to explore one of these routes but you're not sure where to start, reply to this email and we can chat:)

2. Take a course
My next course offering, Cultivating Calm and Connection: 30 Days to Rewire Your Nervous System, begins Feb 21. I'll be sharing more about it in the weeks to come but in the meantime, feel free to join the waitlist. This is a small-group, live, online course so my waitlisters get "first dibs" on registration. If you are in the Salt Lake area and would like to meet in person, please send me an email.

3. Join Your Yoga: A Virtual Membership Community
If restarting or reinvigorating your yoga or meditation practice is on your list this year, this is a great way to do it!

4. Come on a retreat
I'm headed to Southern Spain this October. Want to join me?

And if you know you want support but you're not sure where to start, just forget about all of these links and reply to this email. We can set up a time to connect. I'd love to help you see those intentions come to fruition this year!

Thanks so much for reading and practicing with me.

I hope we cross paths soon!

Rachel
