Join me as we explore the 3 essential pathways to a happy, healthy, regulated nervous system.



When you're feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, your nervous system is dysregulated and you are likely in either fight, flight or freeze.

In this state of dysregulation, your vision is narrow and you tend to overreact, make poor decisions, and generally feel terrible!

So what can you do to come back to regulation, relaxation and homeostasis?

The quickest way to get back to a state of calm is to cultivate a bodily experience of:


Safety, Connection and Self-Compassion


Because when we feel safe and connected and we feel that we are on our own side, we signal the brain to turn off the alarm bells and return to the comfort of our parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system. 

Sounds simple but of course, when you're stressed out, it's definitely not easy. You need tools and practices at the ready.

And that's what this course is all about.

Together, we'll learn what works best for each of us in any given situation.

Because there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Instead, we need to understand how our particular nervous system responds to stress and what tools we need to employ to remind ourselves that we are okay and we can handle the situation at hand (which by the way, builds resilience and self-confidence each time).


Here's what you'll learn during our 30 days together:

 

  • How the nervous system works through the perspective of polyvagal theory.

     

  • How YOUR particular nervous system works - what stressors turn on your fight/flight response, and your freeze response.

 

  • How to shift out of fight, flight or freeze and into relaxation and connection.

 

  • Embodied mindfulness practices that make you feel both safe and connected.

 

  • How community and support can be a catalyst for a healthy nervous system.

 

  • Why self-compassion is essential to calming your nervous system and rewiring old patterns of self-judgment that often turn on the fight, flight or freeze response. 

 

We’ll move through this 30-day intensive, with a weekly live/recorded zoom class and 5 self-paced modules with recorded guided meditations and movement practices, journal and nature-based prompts, and accountability circles. 

 

From February 21 to March 21, we'll meet live on zoom on Tuesdays, 6-7:30pm (MST).
